First off, let's introduce our brand new tool by answering a few questions.

  1. What Is Super? Super is a brand new tool from the VBI team that is the world's most customizable creator animations used to build stunning, on-screen graphics for your stream and video content.

  2. How fast does it work? Once you get the hang of it you can create Supers in mere seconds. Impressive huh?

Start A Super

Now let's go over how to use the tool and all of its features.

1. Once you head to the Super Tool landing page scroll down about halfway down until you see the words "Start Creating"

2. Go ahead and click on the "Log in to view credits" button on the right side of the screen

3. Next you'll be asked to sign into the site again even if you're already signed in, this is to ensure you are using the correct account and so everything links together.

4. Once logged the site is going to take you back to the Super Tool landing page scroll down until we find the "Start Creating" text again except this time there will be a few new buttons.

Going left to right here's what each does

  • Far Left: View your account/user ID, this is needed if you require any help from our support team.

  • Middle: This is the number of credits you currently have, click on this to purchase credits.

  • Far Right: This is your cart, this is where you'll check out the Super you want right before the tool generates it for you.

5. Let's make some dang Supers yeah? You'll want to start by mousing over the different gifs we have on the page and that'll preview the Supers we currently offer. The credit cost will also be listed below it with the name/intended platform of the Super.

6. For this article we're going to use the "Twitch CTA" which costs 1 credit. Click on the Super you want and the site should take you to a new section of the Super Tool to customize your CTA to your needs.

7. As you start to fill out all of the information, you'll notice that the animation/gif on the right-hand side starts to update with the new information as well (in real time).

8. For your bio text, there is an input limit of 30 characters to ensure the text doesn't go overboard or look cramped.

9. Here's what my Super looked like filled out.

10. Mines looks a little different, but if you scroll to the bottom and click "Save" it'll tell you if everything is fine, if not there will be red text under the section that has an error. Once you're good to go you can click "Add to cart" to view before you purchase or you can go ahead and click "Buy Now" to go straight to checkout and a window will appear.

11. Once you click "Buy Now" the window will vanish and the system will start processing your Super which you can view here.

12. Once it's done the "Pending" tab will go away simply scroll up until you see the "Complete" section and click on the download button.

13. Once you're all finished up you can head to the "Your Library" tab to view your already made Supers, you can delete, edit and rename your supers from here

14. To rename simply click into the super you want to edit and click on the Pencil

Once you're done you can click off the text box and it'll save

Failed Supers:

You may notice that when you first render your Super it fails, no need to worry you should see an error message like this

If you see this you received the number of credits back for the cost of your Super and you can try again and you'll see no problems this time.

If you have any further issues or questions please contact us via live chat on the bottom right of our website, or email us at [email protected]. We've received reports of this preventing the buttons from working previously)

How to add Supers into OBS & Streamlabs Desktop:

When you download your Super, you'll get the choice of either a .webm or .mov, webms use up way less system % and generally less in terms of file size. Where as movs are usually the raw file with no compression, bigger file size, and a decent amount more to run. Since the supers don't have a lot of heavy animations it really doesn't matter what you choose.

OBS:

1. Once you've downloaded your Super you can do one of two things, you can simply drag and drop it into OBS like the following

2. Alternatively, you can add it in as a "Meda Source

3. Click on "Browse" and locate your CTA

4. You may notice that your CTA isn't appearing again once it's played, let's fix that. Head into the properties/settings of the CTA and ensure the following is turned on.

5. Temporary way to delay your CTA popup

At the moment there is no option to delay the CTA from playing over and over by default in OBS, however, if you're a VBI affiliate you can take the .HTML file we provide in the brand assets labeled "VBI_Affiliate_CTA Loop.html" you can find it on the "Brand Assets" tab of the affiliate section on our website. You'll find the HTML file inside the Call to Actions folder

I made a quick video going over how to edit the HTML file and make it work for your stream:

Streamlabs Desktop:
