1. First off you'll want to start by heading to "Scene Transitions" at the bottom right of OBS Studio and click the "+"

2. Add a "Stinger" and label it anything you'd like:

3. Next you'll want to browse for your file and select the transition you'll be using (Make sure it is not inside a .zip and in a folder as a permanent home if you move it after selecting it the transition won't be able to be found and won't work)

4. Next up you'll want to ensure that your transition point is set correctly, usually, 1000-1500ms is a great default/starting place and you can increase it or lower it based on what you need.

If your transition has audio/sound you'll want to ensure that Audio Monitoring is set "Monitor and Output"

1. The first step you'll want to take to add an animated webcam is to add a new source and select "Media Source" and name the source something that will let you know it's your webcam.
