Refund Policy

The team at VBI works tirelessly to create a digital product that is bound to help your stream’s appearance and production value. Since our products are digital downloads, we do not allow or offer refunds after a product has been downloaded. Please take the time to carefully read and review the contents of the design item before you purchase.

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
  • the item did not meet your expectations;
  • you simply change your mind;
  • you bought an item by mistake;
  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • you ask for goodwill; or
  • you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

LISTING ERROR

We strive to describe items as accurately as possible, but we’re human and can make mistakes. If we’ve made an error in a listing description, we’ll be happy to make the situation right.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Buyers Remorse:

Buyer's remorse is defined as having an emotional response after making a purchase, such as regret or fear. Please make sure you are as informed as possible and are firm in your decision to make a purchase. Returns for an item that "wasn't liked" after purchase are not available. We strive to describe items as accurately as possible, but we're human and can make mistakes. If we've made an error in a listing description, we'll be happy to accept a return, however, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or assumptions not included in the product description.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@visualsbyimpulse.com.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
