Looking for assistance editing your newly purchased design? Whether or not you have Photoshop - we can help.
Premade Stream Package Edits
Congratulations on purchasing your Premade Stream Package from Visuals By Impulse and thank you for your business.
Visuals By Impulse offers a one-time edit of only USERNAME/SOCIAL MEDIA text within 30 days of purchasing a premium premade package.
VBI does NOT offer edits of the design, colors, icons, or features. The premium packages are sold as-is.
VBI does NOT offer language changes as edits. If you request USERNAME or SOCIAL MEDIA edits in another language, we will not be able to complete the request. You can, however, download a free trial of Photoshop to edit the PSD files provided.
VBI does not offer edits on free designs.
After selecting your package and confirming the order, you'll receive an email titled- "✅ [Action Required] VBI Order Confirmation." When you see this email, you'll have a zip folder attached with the images from the package.
You now have two options for getting edits completed:
OPTION #1- Please respond to the confirmation email with the requested edits.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your edit request to be processed and completed. We do have a constant queue of edits, so we ask for your patience during this process.
Or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your edit requests. Be sure to use the same email used for order confirmation, and include the Username and Social Media text changes you desire.
OPTION #2- If you are familiar with Adobe Photoshop, you can download the files from the zip folder attached to the email, and save them to a dedicated file on your PC. The images are PSD files and can be used in Photoshop to edit. Please note we have also included the font files for your use. If you are unable to locate the font files, Photoshop will prompt for a font replacement (as well as the name of the missing font) when you open the PSD. Simply change the text to what you want displayed, and save them for future use.
If you are unsure of how to add the images to OBS, feel free to check out our YouTube series on adding overlays, found here!
